職務職責

Job Responsibilities


In charge of daily consumption occasion and brand building (My Box) with NPD (non-pizza products, Pasta Hut) pipeline plan and regular retail audit research management. The key job contents as below: 

  • Revamp Individual line positioning and communication plan
  • Develop non-pizza core new product category pipeline and supervise new product development
  • Develop non-pizza core marketing calendar planning with sustaining targeted communication strategy
  • Consumer research development and management 
  • Develop Communication/Advertising strategy and supervise the execution
  • People management and development 
  • Agency management
  • A&P management
要求

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education requirement
  • Master degree required from business/marketing related, MBA is preferred.
  1. Relevant experience and minimum years required
  • At least 10 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  1. Basic skills requirements
  • Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
  • Strong commercial and business senses
  • New product/business development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
  • Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
  • Good art sense
