職務職責

Focus 1 – New DINE IN & Dark Kitchen CONCEPT project 


  • Lead & develop “Satellite” Dark Kitchen concept to support (A) Delco-centralized operation model (B) “frozen dough” expansion acceleration in express/CVS food-locker.
  • Lead & develop a new DINE-IN Concept for Pizza Hut Taiwan, by re-adjusting our product offering, service offering as well as environment, The new business model should be scalable and profitable for Pizza Hut Taiwan in next 5-10 years. 
  • Developing and implementing new operation model & operation team, with new capability skills & reward systems . 
  • Co-work with Market Development in site finding, Marketing & RD & Supply Chain Management in menu development, and Operation Training team/HR in capability building.  
  • Strong Agility in Fail Fast Learn Fast in model development process, and strong at self motivation. Strong communication & nego skill esp. with YUM
  • Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to understand each test result and learning. 
  • Perform timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis

Focus 2 –Soft Transition and Test & learn plan in PPB & Dark Kitchen 

  • Lead & develop a smooth transition plan with Operation team and Development & Construction team with existing 3 Buffet dine-in-assets . So it can transform with partial new concept and be sustainable & profitable for Pizza Hut in LT
要求

1. Minimum Education requirement

  • Bachelor/Master degree required

2. Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in catering
  • Expertise in franchise chains system is preferred
  • New business model built up experience is bonus
  • Experience of a team of 10-20 people
  • Basic P&L management concept & knowledge

3. Basic Skills Requirements/Competence Requirements

  • Ability to carry out Operation functions
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels. Capable of managing and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well
  • Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as formal presentation capabilities
  • Strong English verbal and written skills
