職務職責
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Lead annual budgeting and regular forecasting cycles, including variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate external audits and tax compliance processes; liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, deliver insights, and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Partner with business units to provide financial advice and evaluate strategic decisions and investment cases.
  • Lead finance-related projects such as system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
  • Drive ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) and reporting system (e.g., Tagetik) optimization.
  • Prepare financial dashboards, presentations, and ad-hoc analysis for senior management.
  • Monitor and manage working capital, including cash flow forecasting and treasury activities.
  • Support other ad-hoc assignments as directed by management.
要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Background in both audit (Big 4 or reputable firm) and commercial finance.
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail industries is a plus.
  • Proven track record in system implementation, process improvement, or finance transformation projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Advanced expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS, HKFRS, GAAP, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Skilled in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and financial reporting tools (e.g., Tagetik).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is preferred.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
