職務職責
  • Support initiatives to grow the customer base and enhance the online customer experience.
  • Regularly update and optimize menu content, ensuring accuracy and relevance through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop engaging content and configure push notifications, while monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to boost user engagement.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design, implement, and schedule promotional campaigns and coupon offers.
  • Aggregate and assess change requests from various users, ensuring effective communication and timely implementation.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage app/web banners and splash ads to maximize visibility and interaction.
  • Oversee invoice lifecycle for e-commerce activities, ensuring accurate processing and timely payment.
  • Provide support for daily store operations, resolve challenges, and liaise with vendors for quick solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of digital campaigns and promotions.
  • Participate in special projects and tasks to support evolving business needs.
要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with menu/content management, push notifications, and promotional campaign execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI; fast learner of new tools.
  • Passion for data and numbers, with strong ability to interpret insights and make informed recommendations.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Skilled in partnership building and negotiation to drive business growth.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks.
  • Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the E-Commerce Officer position.
