職務職責

Assist in planning and executing the full spectrum of marketing plans and promotional strategies
Support end-to-end marketing and promotion campaigns, from concept development to execution, including ATL, BTL, PR, POSM, and events
Develop marketing campaigns, activations, and collaterals to drive brand awareness and business growth
Work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and conduct competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities
Monitor marketing budgets and ensure effective cost control
Handle ad-hoc marketing projects as assigned

要求

Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Retail / F&B / FMCG industries
Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Passionate about the F&B industry, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
