職務職責
  • Plan and develop ATL communication strategies to support brand building and new customer acquisition through digital channels, including but not limited to display advertising, paid social, SEM, and SEO.
  • Plan and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns and projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication through regular content updates and innovative social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, E-commerce, and Brand teams to conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, build a digital ecosystem, and formulate strategic plans to drive brand growth and sales performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance to evaluate channel effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities. Develop, own, and implement a user experience (UX) strategy across all online assets.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
要求
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or Social Media Management, preferably with a well-known consumer brand or digital agency.
  • Hands-on experience in the development and day-to-day management of UX/UI initiatives within established organizations or business units.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital analytics platforms.
  • Proven ability to independently drive end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, SEM, SEO, KOL/influencer marketing, social seeding, video production, media planning, and website development - from concept creation and audience targeting to execution, launch, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
  • Experience managing sizeable marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI optimization.
  • Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in brand building and brand positioning.
  • Creative, proactive, optimistic, and solution-oriented, with a strong can-do attitude.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
