職務職責

This position will be hired as a member of the Group Finance team, reporting to the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for financial & operations audit assignments, as well as ad hoc analysis and reviews. You will also support and participate in various finance & operations related enhancement initiatives.


Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Provide objective assurance and independent review covering financial and operational and IT risks for Hong Kong and other JRG markets
  • Through thematic audits, identify issues and propose solutions by collaborating with stakeholders across functions, who may have conflicting priorities.
  • Communicate control review results with process owners and management, offer recommendations that are practical and effective
  • Develop partnerships with functions, carry out deep dive analysis into the process flows, advise the streamlining of existing processes and controls.
  • Follow up control implementation status with process owners, engage and influence process owners in the implementation priorities.
  • Review the adequacy of policies and procedures, make proposals for improvement.
  • Coordinate and Prepare risk reports, carry out analysis on risk trends and related data and investigate irregularities with relevant departments.
  • Liaise with Group auditors on audits matters.
  • Other ad hoc projects within Finance as requested
要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance plus relevant professional qualifications such as HKICPA, CIA. 
  • CISA, CISSP or CISM would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience
  • Sound knowledge of risk management principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage multiple assignments, work under tight timelines and with multiple keyholders.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Good team player with solid interpersonal skill
  • Proactive, flexible and organized with attention to detail and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate professionally to both finance and non-finance teams.
