Job Scope

?    Lead overall chicken category and group meal occasions

?    Including portfolio management, new product development, menu & pricing to manage overall topline and bottom-line business performance.

?    Define product pipeline and menu strategy to meet consumer needs and market acceptance

?    Localize brand positioning into market specific touch point and execution  

?    Work with agency partners to develop IMC to align with brand world and in store activations

?    Collaborate with cross-functional team for marketing plan implementation

?    Responsible for day-to-day business operation for assigned product layer

?    Manage social agency to deliver relevant and distinctive brand tone consistently

  2. Including portfolio management, new product development, menu & pricing to manage overall topline and bottom-line business performance.
  3. Define product pipeline and menu strategy to meet consumer needs and market acceptance
  4. Lead sauce strategy to map with chicken flavor for the best combination
  5. Work with agency partners to develop IMC to align with brand world and in store activations
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional team for marketing plan implementation

  1.  
  1. Construct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and review with cross functions, and post-tracking evaluation
  2. Manage Internal process; Sales analysis; Promotion planning/execution

  1. Responsible for day-to-day business operation for assigned product layer
  2. Manage social agency to deliver relevant and distinctive brand tone consistently
  3. Monthly review and control on A&P budget

要求

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum education requirement 

    BS Degree with major in marketing. MBA is preferred.

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

    At least 8 years of experience in marketing experience (FMCG/ Retail industry)

    Co-branding experience

    New product launch experience

3.    Basic skills requirements

    Passion in food

    Good in data analysis and sensitive to numbers 

    Good communication skills   

    Strong logic and strategic thinking, analytical skills, presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills

    Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation

    Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

    Agile working attitude and can accept fast retailer speed& tempo  

    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously

    Ability to work well under pressure with time management

    Positive thinking, self-driven, motivated, results oriented, adapt to change and open-minded for teamwork
