職務職責

1.    Establishes priorities for daily activities to include:

  • Organize flow of work by reviewing correspondences and determining importance of such, before distributing to GM.
  • Arranging appointments for corporate personnel and visitors with GM & scheduling corporate meetings.
  • Prepare district visit related documents/Q&A for GM.

2.    Performs a variety of secretarial duties, which maybe complex or confidential to include:

  • Coordinating travel arrangements including travel itineraries, agendas, flight ticketing, accommodation, etc.
  • Receiving, sorting, and prioritizing the mail, incoming documents, taking notice of required actions and due dates.
  • Responsible for the orderly establishment, maintenance, and retrieval of filed information and correspondence on a daily basis to ensure immediate access to file data for execution of GM’s duties.
  • Handles sensitive and/or classified material strictly in accordance with corporate policy and written instructions.
  • Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned.


  • Serves as a liaison between JRG & Yum, to coordinate related affairs.
  • Serves as a liaison on behalf of KFCTW, to coordinate cross brand and cross functional affairs
  • Serves as a liaison between executives, managers and visitors as required.
  • Support GM communication/ Town hall/ Kick Off Meeting
  • Prepare / coordinate Country Event calendar
  • Manage Magazine Library

          1.      Experience:

          •       Senior Executive Secretary with solid experience.

          2.      Personality:

          3.      Job Scope:

          •       More than just supporting the GM

          •       Assist in coordinating direct reports and preparing meetings

          4.      Skills:

          •       Strong PowerPoint skills
