職務職責

 

§   Market intelligence generation and research projects management under supervision.

§   Be responsible for commercial project management, and promotion initiatives development under supervision.

§   Agency management & cross functional communication

 

60% 

·     Research projects management: Coordinate with external research agencies for monthly brand health tracking with ad hoc questionnaire design, lead research-related project from preparation to post-result sharing.

·     Insight reporting: 

n   Collaborate with agencies, external third parties and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to provide consumer insights and market intelligence that support business strategies and decision-making.

n   Monthly tacker to monitor and update brand status and competition dynamic (i.e. monthly BIT report, ad-hoc regional research sharing, market share analysis…etc.)

  • Sales data analysis from product view, scheme view, channel view, etc, to form deep understanding for on-going business.

30%

·     Develop marketing promotion activities and track results to understand business impact.

·     NPD pre and post analysis to understand business potential and impact.

·     Own Media communication material development and calendar development

   

10%

Cross-Functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and EC/CRM team to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery of initiatives.

要求

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • BS Degree with major in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business Management. MBA is preferred. 

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required.

  • 1-3 years working experience in research or FMCG/F&B/QSR industry.
  • High growth performance with fast-track record
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with time management.
  • Be quick and agile, and adaptable to change
