- Inventory & Warehousing: Oversee inventory management, storage, and warehousing operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
- Logistics Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and service levels.
- Transportation & Distribution: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Job Assignment & Role Clarity – Define and allocate tasks to ensure efficient team operations.
- Team Motivation & Performance – Foster a high-morale work environment, encouraging productivity and engagement.
- Leadership & Coaching – Guide and mentor team members to develop skills and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications: 1. Minimum education requirement University or above. 2. Relevant experience and minimum years required At least 3 years leadership role, in charge logistic and purchasing management or related industry. 3. Basic skills requirements Language: Good command both in written and spoken English/Chinese. Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications). Competence Requirements: 1.
