1. Executive Support to the Managing Director (MD)
Calendar Management: Proactively manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, including complex meeting arrangements and travel logistics.
Report Consolidation: Coordinate and consolidate Monthly Narratives and E-commerce reports for executive review.
Financial Administration: Facilitate expense claim processing and oversee A&P (Advertising & Promotion) file management for budget tracking.
General Support: Provide high-level ad-hoc administrative assistance as required.
2. Marketing Departmental Administrative Operations
Internal Communications: Consolidate and distribute official announcement to stores.
Financial Documentation: Manage invoice preparation, payment processing, and vendor accounts.
Legal & Compliance: Coordinate the legal document stamping (chopping) process and maintain a structured filing system for contracts.
Market Intelligence: Collect and report on competitor activities to support marketing strategy.
Logistics: Manage departmental meeting arrangements and internal event coordination.
3. Sales Reporting & Data Analysis
Standard Reporting: Generate weekly and period sales reports to track business performance.
Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide customized sales reports and data-driven insights to support tactical decision-making.
4. Promotion & Asset Management
Coupon Operations: Oversee the end-to-end process of coupon printing, inventory management, and distribution security.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
