Job Information

Job Responsibilities:

To lead the PH Wow innovation strategy, IP collaboration roadmap, and CUO (Customer Usage Occasion) building, driving brand talkability and sustainable growth.

The key job contents as below: 

  • NPD & Innovation Strategy: Lead the end-to-end development of Wow product roadmap, identifying innovation opportunities that align with younger consumer trends and brand "talkability" goals.
  • IP Collaboration & Partnership: Lead strategic IP collaborations and co-branding initiatives, supervise execution to drive transaction.
  • CUO Building: Develop brand CUO strategy, expanding brand occasion and enhancing brand distinctive role to drive consumption and support brand growth.
  • Commercial Execution: Translate brand engagement and social buzz into measurable business results with topline sales growth and profit contribution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with RD, SCM, and agencies to ensure flawless execution of the NPD calendar and campaign execution
  • Research development and implementation 
  • People management and development

  • Develop annual plan and supervise flawless execution, including Wow products, IP collaboration, and CUO building.
  • Day-to-day business management
  • New Product Development and implementation
  • ATL/BTL development and implementation: Print, radio, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM, etc.
  • Research development and implementation

  • To manage agency in delivering insightful communication and strategic input quality and influence consumer perception for business/brand building
  • To supervise the communication program delivered on timing to achieve target brand/ad awareness

  • Team member coaching and development
  • To grow talent capability and maintain retention rate

  • To control A&P spending within budget 
  • To assist Marketing director on annual meeting/report
Requirements:

Qualifications:

1.    Minimum education requirement

  • Master degree required from business/marketing related, MBA is preferred.

2.    Relevant experience and minimum years required

  • At least 10 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.
  • People management experience is a plus

3.    Basic skills requirements

  • Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
  • Strong commercial and business senses
  • New product/business development experience
  • Project management experience
  • Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related applications)
  • Language: English/Chinese fluently in writing, listening and speaking
  • Good art sense
