1. Product Development, Promotion & Business Management (40%)
Lead Individual Meal product portfolio strategy, including PPP, Pasta Hut, Rice, and emerging single-serve platforms
NPD & promotion planning:
Product concept and pricing architecture development
Volume forecast, scheme design and P&L simulation
Cross-functional alignment (Ops / SCM / Finance / IT
Drive sales performance management:
Routine sales tracking & campaign post-evaluation
Ensure disciplined process & timeline management across launches and promotions
2. Consumer Insight, Member Data & Market Intelligence (30%)
Own consumer & occasion understanding for Individual Meals:
Usage & attitude, consumption occasions, trade-off vs. other QSR options
Leverage member & transactional data:
PK App / CRM data analysis (drive member penetration & frequency)
Propose actionable implications for media/member programs.
Conduct and manage consumer research:
FGD: brief, concept screening, fieldwork, insight synthesis
Quant validation / call-back survey design & analysis
Ongoing market & competitor monitoring:
Pricing, promo mechanics, product formats, channel moves
3. Brand Communication & IMC Execution (30%)
Develop IMC strategy and communication framework aligned with product & consumer insight
Lead creative development and agency management:
Campaign brief, creative review, optimization & post-tracking
Own marketing material production, including:
Digital & social content
POSM & leaflet (brief, quantity planning, print quality control)
PH website assets (banner, system brief, UAT, go-live check)
Manage media & PR execution:
Media planning brief, agency proposal review, cue & implementation
PR / event ideation, execution support & effectiveness tracking
- 1. Minimum education requirement
BS Degree with major in marketing. MBA is preferred.
- 2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
At least 6 years of experience in the marketing related field (FMCG industry)
New product/business development experience is preferred

Good analytical skills on quali/quanti research finding with strategic insight
Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
