職務職責


  • Manage and optimize member loyalty program (Hut Rewards) and other marketing initiatives to achieve company objectives
  • Implement CRM campaign and customer automation for driving the growth of member acquisition, retention and reactivation as customer lifetime cycle
  • Analysis the member database to formulate CRM plan and programs includes members activities for sales and customer loyalty growth
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams and extend teams to ensure accuracy of all deliverables and promotions within designated timeline
  • Review and evaluate performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Support ad-hoc projects and assignment as required
要求
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years hand-on CRM / Marketing experience in Retail, F&B, FMCG business is highly preferred
  •  Passionate in F&B, self-motivated and high attention to details
  •  A proactive, "can-do" problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment
  • Data-driven, strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Experience with Power BI and CRM platform or related marketing tools (e.g. Braze) is a plus.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior CRM Officer
