職務職責

Drive the growth of KFC’s Dessert portfolio—including egg tarts and other sweet offerings—by leading new product development (NPD), product lifecycle management, integrated marketing communications (IMC), and research. This role also manages external agencies and cross-functional collaboration to meet brand and business objectives.

Portfolio Strategy & Product Management

·         Develop and execute the overall dessert category strategy to strengthen brand equity and deliver sales and margin targets.

·         Manage the full product portfolio, covering pricing, promotional planning, and pre/post-campaign performance tracking.

·         Partner with commercial marketing, digital operations, and CRM teams to optimize menu positioning and drive product visibility across owned channels.

NPD Execution & IMC Campaigns

·         Lead end-to-end new product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

·         Coordinate with creative and media agencies to develop and execute IMC plans (ATL + BTL), including post-launch tracking and evaluation.

·         Design and implement marketing programs and promotional schemes, ensuring seamless execution and performance monitoring.

Business Monitoring & Administrative Support

·         Conduct weekly sales and media reviews to track performance and inform decision-making.

·         Oversee ad-hoc and ongoing research projects, including brand health checks and consumer insight studies.

·         Manage A&P budget and spending efficiency.

·         Support the Marketing Manager in preparing key reports, presentations, and meetings.

 

要求

1. Minimum education requirement 

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.

 MBA is a plus.

 

2. Relevant experience and minimum years required

 5–8 years of experience in FMCG or F&B marketing roles.

 Proven experience in new product development and business growth initiatives.

 Strong track record of performance and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

3. Basic skills requirements

 Strong analytical thinking with both quantitative and qualitative capabilities.

 Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 Project and time management proficiency.

 Proactive mindset with high ownership and accountability.

 Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
