職務職責
  • Assist in developing and executing the marketing plan to support annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved marketing initiatives, including new product launches and sales promotions.
  • Manage relationships with production houses, creative agencies, and social media partners to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget, focusing on Digital, ATL, and BTL campaigns.
  • Support post-campaign analysis and generate insightful reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee and manage social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Handle ad hoc marketing projects and tasks as assigned.
要求
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing within F&B, Retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with ATL/BTL marketing activities and social media management.
  • Knowledge of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market is advantageous.
  • Creative mindset with a proactive approach to driving change and innovation.
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage projects and budgets effectively.
  • Solid understanding of business and marketing principles.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
