職務職責

New Product Development

To develop, validate and implement initiatives to achieve company annual budget and market share objectives:
New Product Development and implementation: NPD, promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and post-tracking evaluation.
IMC development and implementation: Digital, PR, leaflet, in-store POSM, etc.
Conduct promotional proposals based upon financial analysis, and review with cross functions, and post-tracking evaluation.
Research development and implementation

Others

To manage agency in delivering insightful communication and strategic input quality and influence consumer perception for business/brand building
To supervise the communication program delivered on timing to achieve target.
Brand/ad awareness
To control A&P spending within budget
Full funnel model and search intent model building
Work closely with DO/CRM team to drive member sales

要求

Minimum education requirement

Relevant experience and minimum years required

At least 6 years related working experience in consumer product marketing fields, FMCG or retailing related experience is preferred.
People management experience is preferred.
A proactive, energetic approach to business with strong ownership
Team player
Strong communication skills with willingness in more service-oriented role for cross functional support
Be able to work under time pressure
Keen to receive new challenges for multi-functional tasks
Self-motivated with good learning attitude
